If you choose a product with the “EPIC Full Armor Warranty” (5 or 7 years warranty), we can assure you that you will get a really good warranty for your suitcase.
7 YEAR EPIC® FULL ARMOR™ WARRANTY
• 7 years warranty from the date of purchase
• Shell warranty, the customer receives a new suitcase if the shell breaks. The warranty also covers airline handling.
• The warranty is valid worldwide.
• If the bag that has broken is no longer manufactured, we will replace it for you
with a new equivalent product.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the product and its components.
• Claim your bag at the place of purchase or at the nearest EPIC retailer.
5 YEAR EPIC® FULL ARMOR™ WARRANTY
• 5 years warranty from the date of purchase
