Refund Policy

Delivery

Packages are shipped in cooperation with Postnord and are usually delivered through the carrier's local pickup point. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed in the shopping cart at checkout. Feel free to contact us if you have specific questions about your delivery!

For orders of items marked "In stock," we ship your order within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on non-holiday weekdays are usually shipped the same day from our warehouse. For orders under 800 SEK, a shipping fee of 99 SEK applies for delivery to a pickup point or 199 SEK for home delivery.

If we cannot deliver the order within a reasonable time and the delivery time is of essential importance, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase.

NOTE! Due to unexpected events, delivery times may be longer, for example due to postal delays or force majeure. Delivery times may also be longer during periods of higher sales volumes, such as holidays.

If any of the products you ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than the other products in your order, we may in some cases split your order. As a customer, you will never pay more than the original shipping cost.

Spare parts are usually shipped 1 to 2 times a week from our warehouse. Please note that the delivery time for these orders is somewhat longer.

 

Returns

Want to return something? No problem!
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to distance selling laws. We offer a 30-day open purchase.

We guarantee a refund for all goods from our e-commerce if you are not satisfied with the item. You must notify us of the return within 30 days from when you received the item you are not satisfied with. You notify us through our contact form. After that, as a consumer, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of sending the message.

All items will be inspected when we receive them back. Please note that any depreciation may occur depending on the condition of the return. It is therefore important that you send the item in its original packaging and in its original condition. Otherwise, this may be grounds for depreciation.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used when purchasing the item. If you wish to cancel part of your purchase, we will refund the amount of the returned item. 

We offer free returns.

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the color or size of your product, you are welcome to contact us for a return. Currently, we cannot offer an exchange and refer to the right of withdrawal and open purchase.

If you want to change the color or size, you need to make a return and then place a new order for the desired product. When you contact us, please inform us that you want to return the item to make an exchange.

We will issue a full refund for the return as soon as we have received the item back in our warehouse.

How do I return my item?

If you want to return unwanted items, you need to contact us through this contact form. This must be done no later than 30 days after you received the item. You will then receive a return label in PDF format from us via email. The return label must be printed and attached to the package in which the item is sent. Make sure the return label is securely attached and cannot be damaged by moisture or other impacts.

When you contact us, we want the following information from you:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Which item it concerns, preferably article number
- Email address
- Phone number


When the item is back in our warehouse, we will inspect the condition of the item and review your receipt. You will then receive a full refund for the entire purchase amount.

Please note that we do not pay postage fees for unannounced returns.

 

Complaints

In case of a complaint, the defect can be remedied in various ways such as repair, price reduction, replacement, or cancellation of the purchase. 

If you have received the wrong item or a damaged one, you need to notify us via our complaint form within a reasonable time. Normally, 2 months is considered a reasonable time to discover damage/defect. However, we have a warranty on all our products that applies between 3-7 years. Check which warranty applies to your product.

If the item deteriorates during the warranty period, we are obliged to do one of the following:

- repair the item
- offer the consumer another item
- make a price deduction
- take back the item and refund the money
