Purchase Terms
1. General Terms and Conditions
By purchasing goods from our range, you accept our current terms and conditions and thereby confirm that the information you provide about yourself is accurate. To place an order on epictravelgear.com, you must be 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent; we refer to the Parental Code.
2. Ordering
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The order will be fully confirmed when we send a delivery notice to you in connection with dispatching the product from our warehouse. Products not confirmed in our delivery notice are not part of our contract. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via our contact form.
3. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 2–3 business days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped no earlier than the next business day. Products are shipped from Sweden and can only be sent to locations listed on our website epictravelgear.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to a specific address. If we do not complete the delivery, the money will be fully refunded.
4. Shipping
The shipping cost is as stated in the order confirmation. Epictravelgear.com is not responsible for any additional costs related to delivery. Shipping within Sweden costs 100 SEK (including VAT). Free shipping to pickup points on all orders over 799 SEK. Home delivery within Sweden always costs 199 SEK.
5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on epictravelgear.com, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the ordered goods.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
All returns must be agreed upon in advance with customer service via our contact form. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns. You should immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notice return the products to us.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products must be well packaged and in their original packaging with accompanying labels. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product if it is used or damaged.
Please note that Epictravelgear.com can only accept returns of opened packages if there is a defect in the product. The right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made products. However, this does not apply if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, in which case the normal warranty applies.

6. Availability and Prices
Stock status for all items is available on epictravelgear.com. Please note that stock status changes continuously and that while we process your order, it is possible that your item may go out of stock. We always confirm the status of your order via email.
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT. Our prices may change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as significant changes in raw material prices, currency fluctuations, or changes in VAT. If VAT changes, we reserve the right to adjust our prices and fees accordingly.
Because different screens and individual screen settings affect color reproduction, we cannot guarantee that the color shades of the products match the images shown when you visit our online store. We reserve the right for any printing and typographical errors.
7. Ownership
Ownership and risk of loss or damage to the product pass to you as soon as the item has left our warehouse in Landvetter, Sweden.
8. Payment
Epictravelgear.com uses Klarna Checkout provided by Kustom AB. Klarna Checkout includes all Klarna payment options: Pay now (card payments, bank transfer, and Klarna Direct), Pay later (invoice), and Installments (payment plans of 6, 12, 24, and 36 months and flexible payments). Klarna Checkout handles everything at checkout and continuously updates it with improvements and features to make it easy for you.
9. Personal Data
Scandinavian Travelinnovation AB (556909-8360) is the data controller for the information you provide to epictravelgear.com. By shopping at epictravelgear.com, you accept our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data. We care about your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or disclose your information to third parties without legal grounds.
Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers – to tailor marketing to your individual needs.
When ordering, address, phone number, and email address must be provided.
We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we may share your personal data such as contact details and order information with Klarna when the checkout loads so Klarna can handle your purchase. Your shared personal data is processed according to Klarna’s own privacy information.
If you choose to pay via Klarna’s invoice or installment service, your personal identification number must be provided. When purchasing through Klarna, necessary information is also forwarded to them to fulfill their obligations.

11. Cookies
Epictravelgear.com uses cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data sent from the web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. We use cookies to see how you use Epictravelgear.com and thereby assist you in your shopping process. We always ask for your consent, and you can disable cookies at any time in your browser.
12. Loss
Epictravelgear.com can only be held responsible for loss if we breach our part of the agreement. Epictravelgear.com will not be liable for any commercial loss, such as loss of profit, turnover, contracts, or expected cost savings, etc.
13. Reservations
We reserve the right to change our terms at any time, but concluded agreements cannot be changed retroactively.
Epictravelgear.com is not responsible for delays or omissions if these are beyond our control.
We reserve the right for inaccuracies in content and prices on our website, including price changes.
